  • What is Coworking?

    Coworking is a professional office space for use by small businesses, remote workers and startups. We offer desks and private offices for rent. The emphasis is on a professional environment with all the amenities you need for maximum productivity.

  • Where is the Estacada Powerhouse?

    The Estacada Powerhouse is located in the historic Mason Building in the center of downtown Estacada at 360 S. Broadway. It is within one block of a coffee shop, a brewery/pub, multiple food trucks, a tap room, a Chinese restaurant and a Market Place grocery. There is free parking both behind and in front of the building.

  • What are the amenities?

    The space is available 24/7. We offer high speed internet (1 gig service), a black and white printer, a lounge area and a counter area for working and a kitchenette with supplies as mentioned above. All amenities are included in the rent.

  • What is the space like?

    The space was designed to maximize natural light. Three of the offices have windows which face towards the front of the building. The front of the building is all windows facing Broadway and contains a lounge area that members can use for work and meetings.

    In addition special sound deadening insulation was used in all the walls and in the ceiling. There are multiple outlets in each office for any equipment people need. Towards the rear of the building is a kitchenette which contains a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Bottled water, flavored seltzer water and coffee are provided.

    For anyone who needs to make a private call or attend a Zoom meeting, there is a phone booth with a light, USB outlets and a fan for air circulation.  There is both a front and back door which have security locks and an ADA compliant restroom.

  • What are the options for office space?

    We offer a number of flex desks that are available for people who need a place where they can drop in and start working. Typically these are people who need a desk, high speed internet, a phone booth for private calls or Zoom calls and access to a printer. They can come in 24/7 plug in their laptop at any available desk and get to work.

    For someone who needs a dedicated desk with more privacy and security we offer a variety of locking, private offices. They range in size from approximately 80 sf which can accommodate 1-2 people to approximately 100 sf which can hold 2-3 people.

  • What does it cost?

    Flex desks, where you come in and use any available desk, are $150/mo and are on a month-to-month basis. No long term commitment. Private offices start at $450/mo and are on a one year lease.
